Every year we say how we want to get healthy, so here's a few tips on where to start.
People want to get healthy in different ways. Choosing the right diet for your body, supplements if needed (make sure they are the healthy ones), exercise etc. Our bodies usually tell us what we need to eat and do, but do we listen? I have always had a sweet tooth and I am a sucker for pasta and cheese. It is not easy to think about giving up your favorite foods. Which you don't have to give up completely. You should always consult with a doctor before starting any kind of diet regimen and exercise plan.
Getting healthy physically is connected to getting healthy emotionally, and spiritually. What if you can train your subconscious mind to help you make healthy choices? Well you can. Our bodies have the power to heal themselves. Have you ever heard stories about people who miraculously heal from cancers and other diseases? This has been happening for years. It is all about using the power of your mind. Start off small, let's say you get a headache keep repeating in your mind "my headache is gone" and before you know it is vanishes. I have personally done this even with back pain and it really works. Like I always say the power of your mind is your most powerful tool.
Repeating sentences that will help us in the moment of pain, fear, anxiety, stress, etc. are a great way to show yourself just how powerful you are. You control and create your own life. So why not make your life just as you desire. This self-healing process as I call it is you taking your power back. Repeating sentences you need in that moment works the same as affirmations. With it being the new year what better time to practice this than now. If you know of someone or you have a serious health condition you can still benefit from this. Every morning, and before bed say what it is you want healed at least 3 times. Soon enough you will start to see a big change. Open yourself up to receive healing, and keep believing in yourself!
This information has changed not just my life but the life of my family, friends and clients. This works even with temptations in dieting. For example: if you are to eat a salad and you see a juicy hamburger, which one will you want? If it's the burger, tell yourself "I do not want that, I am craving a salad". Before you know it the salad becomes what you crave. Not everything will happen overnight or right away. It is a process to reprogram your mind. But keep focusing on your end goal and I guarantee you will achieve it. You got this!
